Healthy snack

My favorite snack while cooking – kale chips. Just tear some kale leaves, sprinkle with olive oil, several drops of balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper. Add some pine nuts or sliced almonds. Put into 375 °F oven for 15 minutes. You will get a pile of crunchy green curls to snack on. It feels like chewing on air, but the air is clean, healthy and delicious! Goes well a glass of white wine or rose.
