Chocolate mousse in the bottom and red currants mousse on top. They are two separate things and each one would make a delicious dessert, but the combination of the two is divine. It’s a perfect balance of smooth chocolate and airy tart currants in your mouth, with no heavy pastry or buttery frosting – just cold and delightful dessert for the summer.
Red currants are rare in stores, and not everybody has it in the garden, not everybody has a garden. But it can be replaced with raspberries. The recipe may seem daunting but it’s not, it’s just more of time management so you have everything ready and in right temperature and some bowls to wash afterwards. But totally worth it!
