Super simple, with 2 of my favorite Spanish products – octopus and paprika. They are great together!
Ingredients:
- Spanish Octopus (Pulpo Cocido)
- Jalapeño or chili pepper
- Scallions (or chives)
- Capers (optional)
- Dressing:
- white wine vinegar
- olive oil
- lots of Spanish paprika
- salt
- pepper
- Dressing:
Directions:
- Place dressing ingredients in a small bow or jar, mix well
- Thinly slice octopus, chili peppers, scallions
- Pour dressing over octopus, mix well, make sure every slice is covered.
- Let it sit in a fridge for a couple of hours to allow paprika to marinate octopus
