Roasted Cauliflower

Gorgeous side or even main dish – easy, tasty, pretty and healthy.

  • Place the whole head of cauliflower in pan with salty water, bring to a boil and let it boil for 3-5 minutes, drain.
  • Beat couple of eggs adding salt, pepper, smoked paprika, turmeric or any other spice/herbs of your choice.
  • Put cauliflower onto a baking sheet and smear it with egg mixture. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and double smear with egg mixture for better crust.
  • Put into preheated to 375° F oven for 30-35 min or until the crust is golden brown.
