Tataki Tuna

I never thought it’s so easy to prepare! Just needs sushi grade log of tuna, sesame seeds, black pepper and optional ginger.

Pat dry your tuna, salt it lightly, roll into the sesame seeds/pepper/ginger mixture and put into high heat pan with peanut oil. Sear the log 30 seconds on each side – that’s it! Enjoy with sauce of your choice!
